Situational ThinkingMirroring the way the mind perceives and processes information, Situational Thinking defines five thinking styles and applies them to work. This program teaches thinking patterns that promote communication and collaboration. At one end of the Situtational Thinking spectrum simple linear discussions are useful for tactics and operational thinking. At the other end, complex non-linear dialogues generate innovation and novelty. Linking these two is a central style that translates the extremes allowing them to talk to each other and work collaboratively. |
